Where's that spring newsletter Mr. Tony?

With that absolutely bonkers insane winter newsletter, and them only skipping the spring 2025 one because chapters 3+4 got announced in april, I am aparently not alone in awating the spring 2026 newsletter. So much so that aparently somone thought it would be funny to send me into cardiac arrest for a second there.

So, where is the newsletter?

Well, fear not, dear reader, for I believe this newsletter business is the very reason why the chapter 5 release date is being announced within the coming month.

It really has been prime time for a newsletter. And they could've gotten away a month ago with a simple:

"    Happy spring!

The professional testers are familiarizing themselves with the game now. They begin formally testing on April 1st.

Japanese translation quality assurance is projected to be completed in April.

Outside of addressing bugs and translation, most of the development team has moved on from Chapter 5.

The actual testing period will last for an indefinite amount of time. After that, the game needs to get approved on consoles and we need to do various other things to prepare for release. 

That'll be all from me on this subject for a while...

But instead Mr. Tricky decided it would be better to just post the dev update on bsky, do no publicity for his merch, AND SHADOWDROP THE STUPID GUITAR COVER COLLECTION😭😭😭😭. Not to mention the Japanese translation should be done by now lol. Why tho?

BECAUSE HE'S SAVING THE SPRING NEWSLETTER FOR A RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCEMENT.

HE HAD TO DO THE DEV UPDATE AT THE START OF SPRING TO KEEP US UPDATED BECAUSE THE RELEASE DATE IS DROPPING BY THE END OF SPRING IN THE NEWSLETTER. 

AND THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH SPRING LEFT(~1 month to be exact).

SO TRUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHAPTER 5 RELEASE DATE DROP IN LATE MAY / JUNE!!!!!!!!
