Is FRIEND really allat??

 

DISCLAIMER: Eram is being used as a placeholder name for the Ch3 backstage secret boss, I by no means mean to imply Eram is 100% its actual name.

This tweet and my reply has made me think about "Eram" and FRIEND, and how friend is pretty much a non-character lol. And then it hit me.

TWO of the like 4? times we've seen FRIEND in-game there have been multiples of it (the Friendlings summonned by Eram and the Friend faces in battat), and that got me thinking about something I haven't anyone propose, as FRIEND has become this unified character within fandom consensus that looks like Endogeny and has the unused pointed tail prophecy stapled on his ass, BUT...

What if FRIEND isn't just one guy, but this fandom FRIEND character is who we call Eram, and the Friends are his goons, like in the backstage board minigames!

I've seen NO ONE propose this, and that would explain why Friend would have throwaway duplicates in ch3. The main guy is Eram, and the Friends we encounter along the way aren't a single guy, its many guys spying on us to report to Eram, his minions, his "eyes in the sky" per se.

Also I really dislike the "Eram is a new character" thing how many main super evil bad guys that know Kris and their trauma do we need gng.

That's it that's everything, sort of a reverse of Eram is Friend, "Friend is Eram" lol.
